How Yarash High Performance Environmental, LLC handles the information you share with us.

Last updated November 3, 2026

Yarash High Performance Environmental, LLC provides environmental, engineering and infrastructure advisory services. This site describes those services and lets you request an understanding meeting. This policy explains what information the site collects, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

01Information you provide

The only personal information we collect directly is what you enter in the engagement form. Nothing is transmitted until you submit the form.

  • Your name, email address and telephone number, if you choose to provide one.
  • The organization you represent, the client category you select, and your description of the organization and its environmental or infrastructure priorities.
  • The services of interest, the objectives you describe, and your preferred meeting format and availability.
  • Any additional notes you choose to add.

02Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

03Verification of form submissions

The engagement form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms that a submission comes from a person and reduces automated abuse. Turnstile receives a technical signal from your browser for that purpose and is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

04How we use your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

  • To respond to your request and schedule an understanding meeting.
  • To prepare a proposed scope, delivery structure and cost framework when you ask us to.
  • To keep an internal record of inquiries and engagements in the ordinary course of business.
  • To protect the site and our systems against misuse.

05Sharing

  • Service providers that host the site, deliver email on our behalf and verify form submissions, acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or transfer of the business.

06Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of information collected and the purposes for which it is used, and may request deletion under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

  • We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Requests can be made through the contact form on this site, and we respond within the time required by applicable law.

08Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiry records is limited to the personnel who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Children

This site is intended for organizations and professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Questions about this policy, or a request relating to your information, can be sent through our contact form.
